DESCRIPTION:ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಎತ್ತು ಹೊಗೆ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಸಗಣಿ ಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಗಾದೆಯ ಅರ್ಥ ಬಹಳಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಧುನಿಕರಣದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಅನಾಹುತಕಾರಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಣುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯ ಏಕೈಕ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾದ ಕೃಷಿ ಆಯಾಮ ಕೃಷಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರ ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳ ನಮ್ಮ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳಾದ ಮಣ್ಣು\, ನೀರು ಶಕ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೀವವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆ ಅರ್ಥವಿಲ್ಲದ ಅಂಧಾನುಕರಣೆಯ ಆಧುನಿಕರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಸಂಪತ್ತುಗಳು ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ನಾಶ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತ ಸಾಗಿವೆ ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಭೂಮಿಯ ತುಂಡಾಗುವಿಕೆ\, ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳ ಬತ್ತುವಿಕೆ\, ಭೂಮಿಯ ಫಲವತ್ತತೆಯ ನಾಶ\, ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಎತ್ತು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಹಸು ಮುಂತಾದ ರೈತ ಮಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಸಂಕುಲದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣನೀಯ ಇಳಿಕೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ದಿನೇ ದಿನೇ ಅತಿ ವೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಇಳುವರಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಪರಿಸರದ ಮೇಲಾಗುವ ದುಷ್ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳಿಂದ ಉಸಿರಾಡುವ ಗಾಳಿ\, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ತಿನ್ನುವ ಆಹಾರ  ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಕಲುಷಿತಗೊಂಡು ಮಾನವ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಸಂಕುಲ ವಿನಾಶದತ್ತ ದಾಪುಗಾಲು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದೆ ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಮಶಾನದತ್ತಲಿನ ಪಯಣ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬರಲಾರದು. \nಈ ಒಂದು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಬಿಜಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಢವಳಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಿನೂತನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ಜೋಡಿತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾದರು. ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಕರಡಿ ಮಜಲಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸುಮಾರುಐವತ್ತಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜೋಡೆತ್ತುಗಳ ಬಂಡಿ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಊರಿನ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುತ್ತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಡಿವಾಳೆಶ್ವರದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಯಿತು. ತದನಂತರ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ  ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿ ಕುರಿತು ಹಾಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಾಸಕರು ಕುಲಪತಿಗಳು\, ವಿಜ್ನ್ಯಾನಿಗಳು\, ಕೃಷಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು\, ಪರಿಸರ ಪ್ರೇಮಿಗಳು\, ಊರಿನಗಣ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಲವಾರು ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ರೈತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಇಂದಿನ ಸಮರ್ಥನೀಯವಲ್ಲದ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಕೃಷಿಯಿಂದ ಆಗುವ ಅನಾಹುತಗಳನ್ನು\, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ತಾಪಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಮರ್ಥನೀಯ ಆಹಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದಾಗುವ ಅಪಾಯಗಳಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಹಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಸಾವಯವ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಕೃಷಿಗೆ ಮರಳುವುದು ಅತಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವೆಂದರು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಶಾಸಕರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನುಸೂಚಿಸಿದರಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ ಒಂದು ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಾಡಿನ ತುಂಬೆಲ್ಲ ಹರಡಿ ಒಂದು ಬೃಹತ್ ಚಳುವಳಿ ಆಗಬೇಕಲ್ಲದೆ\, ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಯನ್ನು ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸರಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ಯೋಜನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡುವರಾಗಿ ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು \nಈ ಒಂದು ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಚಕ್ಕಡಿ ಗಾಡಿಯ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತರಿಗೂ ಶಾಲು ಹೊದಿಸಿಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಮೇವಿನ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಬೀಜ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಟಿ ವಿತರಿಸಿದರಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಕಲ್ಪವೃಕ್ಷವಾದ ತೆಂಗಿನಸಸಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಈ ಒಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಲಹೆ ಮತ್ತು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. \n೧. ನಿಜವಾದ ಕಾಯಕ ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾದ ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿತಿಂಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ಎತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಹಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ೧೧೦೦/- ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋಸ್ತಾಹ ಧನವಾಗಿ ನೀಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಅನ್ನ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. \n೨. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಸಮ್ಮಾನ್ ನಿಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿ ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಕರಿಗೆ ರೂ. ೧೧೦೦೦/-  ಗಳನ್ನು  ನೀಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಮಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ನ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. \n೩. ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಯಿಂದಾಗುವ ಅನೇಕ ಪರಿಸರಪರ ಸೇವೆಗಲ್ಲನು ಗುರಿತಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಬರುವಂತ ಸಾವಯವ ಇಂಗಾಲ ಧನ\, ಕಾರ್ಬನ್ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ಸ್\, ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ಸ್ ಗಳಂತ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು \n೪. ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ  ಶ್ರಮಿಕನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೂಲಿ ಆಳುಗಳು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ\, ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಲಿಮಾಡುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಹಸು ಕರಿದಿಸಲು ರೂ ೨೦೦೦೦/- ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿತಿಂಗಳು  ೧೦೦೦/- ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಹಧನ ಕೊಡವದರಿಂದ ಕೂಲಿ ಆಳುಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಸೆಯನು ಬಕೆಹರಿಸಬಹುದು. \n೫. ಹಸುವಿನ ಮೂಗಿನ ಮುದ್ರೆಗಳು (ಸ್ನೋಟ್) ಮಾನವನ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋಲುತ್ತವೆ\, ನಕಲಿ ಸಬ್ಸಿಟಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಲಗಳನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಈ ಅನನ್ಯ ಬಯೋಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ಸ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಉಳುಮೆಗೆ ಬಲಬರುವುದು. \n೭. ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದರೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ ಭೂಮಿ‌‌ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಾರವನ್ನು ಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವ ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಕರ ನಿಸರ್ಗ ಪ್ರೀಯ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಲೆ‌ ನೀಡುವ ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ‌ ಬರುವಂತಾಗಬೇಡು. \n೮. ಜೋಡೆತ್ತಿನ ಕೃಷಿಯಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಲಾದ  ಬಡಿಗ\, ಕಮ್ಮಾರ\, ಕುಂಬಾರ\, ಚಮ್ಮಾರ\, ಟ್ರಡಿಷನಲ್ ಸಿರಫ್ಟ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಪರವಾಗಿ ಎತ್ತು ಆಧಾರಿತ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಕೃಷಿಗೆ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದು ಕೃಷಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಾಧಾರವಾದ ಭೂಮಿ\, ನೀರು\, ವಾಯು ಜೀವ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಗಳನ್ನುರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಸಾವಯವ ಕೃಷಿಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಚಳುವಳಿಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದರು ನಾಡಿನದೇಶದ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಸಕಲ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ನಂಬಿ ಆರಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪಂಚಮಹಾಭೂತಗಳು ನಮ್ಮದೈವವಾಗಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ\, ಜೀವ ಸಂಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಉಸಿರಾಗುವ ಕನಸನ್ನು ನನಸಾಗಿಸಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ
